Refund policy

At THE BTB Makeup, we want every customer to feel confident with their purchase. Our luxury makeup brushes are carefully prepared and quality checked before shipping.

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that the item is:

• Unused
• Unopened
• In its original packaging
• In the same condition as received
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

For hygiene reasons, makeup brushes that have been opened, used, washed, or removed from their original packaging cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where applicable.

Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our side.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
