Shipping policy

We currently ship orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed during weekends or UAE public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

We offer complimentary standard shipping within the UAE on orders of AED 200 or more.

For orders below AED 200, a standard shipping fee will apply and will be shown at checkout before payment.

Estimated delivery time:

UAE delivery: 1–3 business days
Remote areas: 3–5 business days

Shipping fees will be shown at checkout before payment. No additional delivery fees will be charged after checkout unless the customer requests a delivery change or provides incorrect delivery information.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, including full name, phone number, address, emirate, and any required building or apartment information. THE BTB Makeup is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

Once your order is shipped, you may receive tracking or delivery updates through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the courier service.
